Mercerized Cotton is a cotton yarn that has undergone a chemical-physical treatment modifying the structure of the fibre. The objective of this process is to give the yarn greater brilliance, accentuating the intensity of the color tone. It is used for artisanal products in which resistance and shine are sought as the main characteristics.
